02 NCAC 38 .0508             CUSTODIAN OF TOBACCO

It shall not be construed that the variations and tolerance stated in Rule .0505 of this Chapter do in any way relieve the custodian of the tobacco of their responsibility or liability in G.S. 81A‑58.
